Description |
The "initial" and "always" constructs are called "constructs" in the BNF: "initial_construct" and "always_construct". However, in the text, they have various names: initial construct initial procedural block initial block initial statement etc. This becomes confusing and misleading. Since the places where these are officially defined (BNF, 9.9.1, 9.9.2) call these "constructs", this is the term which should be consistently used, even if we are used to calling them 'blocks' or something else.
