17.2 is "File input-output system tasks and functions". However 17.2.3 is $swrite and $format which are not file operations. I think they should move to 17.1. The change would affect also the table of contents on the first page of section 17. There the $swrite tasks should be listed vertically, like all the others with b/h/o versions, instead of horizontally as currently. In 17.2, the 3rd bullet, "Tasks that output values into variables" should be deleted.
