| Description |
Today there are two system tasks relating to time scales: $printtimescale and $timeformat. $printtimescale displays the time unit and precision of the specified module. $timeformat specifies the time unit for interactive delays and sets the %t format specification. Missing is a way to extract timescale information to variables. I would probably return the information using the same numbers as in the $timeformat arguments, using Table 17-10. |
