Description |
One of the nicest features of the original file i/o routines in verilog is that I can combine mcd's and write $fdisplay ( mcd1 | mcd2 | 1, ....) which would write to the files designated by mcd1, mcd2, and stdout. I used that feature often in my golden days. Unfortunately, the new routines, using fd's, do not allow that. Let's find a way to do it. At minimum, we should way a way to write to STDOUT together with an fd. -- Shalom Bresticker Shalom.Bresticker@motorola.com Design & Reuse Methodology Tel: +972 9 9522268 Motorola Semiconductor Israel, Ltd.
