Description |
According to Chris Spear at Synopsys. Verilog-XL treats an acc_set_value() with accTransportDelay and a delay of zero as an inactive event. This is not specified in either the PLI 1.0 sections or VPI sections. How should these events be treated? |

If it can be compared to a blocking assignment with delay #0, then Chris is apparently correct. 5.6.3 says that "If the delay is 0, the process is scheduled as an inactive event for the current time." |
