Therefore, we may want to include these objects. -Chas Shalom Bresticker wrote: > > Precedence: bulk > > The following reply was made to PR errata/368; it has been noted by GNATS. > > From: Shalom Bresticker <Shalom.Bresticker@motorola.com> > To: chas@cadence.com > Cc: ptf-bugs@boyd.com > Subject: Re: errata/368: 26.3.3 Should vpiLineNo and vpiFile apply to generate > objs? > Date: Wed, 25 Jun 2003 18:47:48 +0300 > > This was sent to etf-bugs instead of ptf-bugs. > > Charles, I assume you meant "exclusion" instead of "inclusion". > > Shalom > > > chas@cadence.com wrote: > > > Precedence: bulk > > > > >Number: 368 > > >Category: errata > > >Originator: Charles Dawson > > >Environment: > > > > >Description: > > > > Because generated objects such as genvars (and the > > potentially new objects gen scopes and gen scope arrays) > > do not necessarily actually exist somewhere in the HDL, > > they should be considered for inclusion in section 26.3.3. > > -- > Shalom Bresticker Shalom.Bresticker@motorola.com > Design & Reuse Methodology Tel: +972 9 9522268 > Motorola Semiconductor Israel, Ltd.
