genvar_function_call is defined in A.8.2, but never used. In old BNFs, it was used in genvar_primary, but that itself did not survive in the final BNF. Should be deleted. |

Remove genvar_function_call from A.8.2 and genvar_function_identifier from A.9.3 and associated notes. |
