As far as I know, editorial policy has not changed in any great measure. One thing that may have happened is that the preferred style may have changed (it does every so often) and in the process of converting the document to the new style, some things might have gone wrong. I've always had a very good relationship with the IEEE editors I've worked with. In my experience, they are without exception extremely sensitive to preserving the technical content of the documents they edit. I'd suggest that you sit down with your editor and discuss the changes. This discussion must take place anyway prior to the final release of the document. Paul |
