1) The Chair read the IEEE patent policy presentation,and refers
all
   to http://www.verilog.com/IEEEVerilog.html where a link to the
   IEEE
   policy is prominent.

2) Kurt moves and James seconds approving minutes. None oppose,
none
   abstain; minutes approved.

3) Report of the 2001c Project: Circulated final version of
   2001c. Brad moves that we accept and approve for publication
   the
   IEEE 1364-2001 Version C document, Shalom seconds; none
   opposed,
   Charles Dawson, and Francoise abstain as they had not the time
   to
   read the document. Motion passes.

4) Report on User survey

5) Status of 2005 Draft 3: Shalom has implemented VSG passed
   changes. Need some clarification on certain issues (78, 158).

   Karen moves to have VSG meeting every fourth Monday, starting
   Januray 26th.  ETF will meet every fourth Monday, starting
   January
   12th.  Shalom seconds. None opposed, None abstain Motion
   passes
   unanimously.

6) Report of BTF committee: Extensions Guide line Group. BTF will
   review the report of the group later today.

7) Report from PLI task force will meet at 4:00 pm today, no
report
   today.

8) Report from ETF: did pass a number of items, for
considerations.

8) Then the group took up the next item on the agenda, which was
to
review and consider for approval the activities of the Errata and
PLI
Task Forces.
