What is the purpose of allowing a leading zero in the format specifier for the $value$plusarg system function? This is only applicable for printf type functions, and this is more of a scanf type function. Also, the last paragraph prior to the example is very confusing. In particular the sentance dealing with negative numbers could use some clarification. |
